AI Mavericks is a community based in Doha, Qatar. This page explains how information submitted through our website and community contact channels is used.
Information we receive
Details you submit through the Tally join form or event enquiries (name, contact details, organisation, role, interests), WhatsApp messages, and technical data needed to deliver the site. We do not ask for payment-card details through this website.
How we use it
To reply to you, manage community and event interest, share relevant updates and run community activities. Service providers host the site and collect form responses. Our community join form uses Tally. Summit interest and enquiry forms use FormSubmit to send the details you provide to our community team by email. The site is hosted on Vercel and uses Vercel Analytics to help us understand site visits and usage. Tally, FormSubmit, Vercel and WhatsApp operate under their own privacy terms. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics (a Google service) to measure which pages are visited and how the site is used. It sets analytics cookies in your browser and sends usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location and device type to Google. Google Analytics is not loaded unless you choose Accept in the cookie notice. You can change your choice at any time: . Vercel Analytics, which does not use cookies, also helps us understand site visits.
Chat assistant
Questions you type into Maverick, the website assistant, are sent to an AI provider (Google or Groq) to generate an answer. To start the chat you enter your email address (your name is optional) and agree to be contacted. We keep a record of each chat - your email, name, the question you asked, Maverick's answer and the time - in a private Google Sheet that only the AI Mavericks team can open. We use it to follow up with you, answer your questions and improve the assistant, and keep it only while it is useful. Please do not share sensitive personal details in the chat. Sharing and retention
Shared with service providers only as needed, and with event partners only if you choose a partner enquiry or we tell you first. Kept while useful for your membership or enquiry, then deleted.
