We help AI product companies from outside the Gulf set up in the region, and grow in Doha and across the Gulf.
What it is
AI Mavericks Accelerator is part of AI Mavericks, an AI community based in Doha, the UAE and Saudi Arabia. It exists to help international AI product companies set up in Qatar and the wider Gulf and then grow here, and it starts with a conversation, not an application form.
Who it is for
Early-stage AI companies based outside the Gulf that already have a working product and customers somewhere else. Enterprise AI, agents and Physical AI teams are a natural fit, though we are open to other products.
What it involves
A straight conversation about your plan
We start by talking through what setting up in the Gulf would involve for your product: who your first customers could be, what needs to be in place, and the practical steps to a first deployment in Doha.
Introductions in the Qatar ecosystem
Introductions to enterprises, investors and support organisations in Doha, where they make sense for what you build and how you want to grow.
A place in the AI Mavericks community
Our sessions in Doha and online bring practitioners, founders and executives into the same room. Startups in the accelerator can present and take part.
A showcase at Live Summit 26
The proposed accelerator track at AI Mavericks Live Summit 26 in Abu Dhabi (10 to 12 December 2026) puts startups in front of corporate innovators, investors and partners. The final line-up follows confirmation.
Who is behind it
AI Mavericks runs regular sessions in Doha, from workshops to the September 30 AI Innovation Showcase. You can see them on the events page and in the gallery. We work with ecosystem partners including Entrepreneur Avenue, Startup Grind Qatar, International Business Week (IBW), and we are organising AI Mavericks Live Summit 26 in Abu Dhabi.
